Paying off Loans on MemberDirect
If you need to pay off a loan, please do not use MemberDirect online banking to make your final payment. This needs to be done by one of our staff to ensure the interest and status of the loan are updated properly.

Please do not respond to any emails or phone calls regarding updates needed to your MasterCard debit card or credit card. These contacts are fradulent.
If you have already done so please contact us and we will close the affected card immediately. You should also be following up on the protection of your indentification information.
